Caregiver Day Out

AEC is committed to supporting those who care for someone living with Alzheimer’s, or dementia. As part of our Journey Program, we host a monthly Caregivers Day Out– completely free of charge and open to the public. 

On the 4th Friday of every month, from 9AM to 12PM,  you can register to drop your loved one living with cognitive decline to our highly trained team and enjoy a few hours to yourself.

There are some guidelines and forms to fill out to secure your loved one’s spot:

• Once you complete your request a form will be emailed for you to provide us with the information needed.
• Once we receive the completed form someone will reach out to you with a confirmation number.
• Absolutely no walk ins.

Everyone must be pre-registered and have a confirmation # to attend. Space is limited so register early.
